When trying to decide where to live in the Boise, Idaho area, there are many factors to think about. Do you need to be close to downtown Boise? Do you need to be close to the airport? Do you prefer to live closer to shopping? Do you prefer to live closer to the trails and river? Do you plan on hitting the mountains and lakes on the weekends? Do you need to be more central? This home, located in Eagle Idaho, is the perfect location for those who want to hit the mountains frequently, get on the river and foothill trails a few times a week, feel a little more separated from “the center of it all”, get to downtown Boise easily, and enjoy downtown Eagle Idaho. This location is farther from the freeway, all the way on the north side, so it’s farther from “the middle of it all”, it’s a bit farther from all the shopping on Eagle road, and it is not central to the valley. It is, however, located in Eagle Idaho, which is a highly sought after community due to the overall amazing quality of life.
