Hi! My name is Rachel Cochern. I have lived in the beautiful state of Idaho since 1984. My parents moved from the Bay Area in California and I was given the opportunity to grow up in Eagle, Idaho. I spent the adult years of my life on the Boise Bench and then moved to SE Boise in 2007. I am the mother of a wonderful young lady who grew up in SE Boise and graduated from high school in 2020.
