SLOWING MARKET! 

But that doesn’t mean it’s crashing!

In fact, prices are holding steady for now!

Most cities saw a large decline in number of homes sold compared to last month.

and almost all areas had an increase in days on market.

⎻ Most areas had very little change in  median sales prices….

Except EMMETT! Whoa, up 33%! All you Emmettonians are lucky!

Except..of course there’s always an explanation..

Emmett had 2 – $1mil homes sell and 1- $3.5mil home sell.

And with only 23 homes that sold there, those numbers really skewed the data. 

Inventory is still low enough that prices are holding steady. 

So, I predict a S-L-O-Wing market this fall, but prices will hold out unless enough home owners get enough financial pressure that they need to sell and we get more inventory.
